    Look up any terms you’re not familiar with in a dictionary or online. We probably all
    think we know what’s meant by ‘spinning’ and ‘weaving’ but do we really?
    • Try and summarize each of these stages in a sentence or two then do some research online
    to see if you’re right.
    The fact that the final stage – consumption – is also seen as the end of a material’s life brings
    issues of sustainability into ever closer focus.
